This is the ever-so-lovely Yewon,
 's original character. I had so much fun designing and coloring this one, specially since he likes jewelry and be pretty.The shingles/earrings/belt are painted over with metallic gold gouache, so IRL it SHIMMERS, but scanners don't have that effect, sadly orz. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. I'm also really enamored by the soft, gradated background and use of gold with the purples and blues. I can't wait to have this framed and hung up on my walls where the sunlight can hit it and make it sparrrkleeee.

Gouache is very common in art supply stores, just watch the prices, they can differ from 4.00-20.00 dollars each. Depends on the purity of the pigments and such.
I am humbled, thanks again.
The scanner takes away a lot of the details and soft tones, so I look forward when you receive the original.
